December 19, 2011Hey guys no one has thought about this. Lol I guess I haven`t missed much
December 20, 2011I have the same stock setup in my truck as well and I didn`t even bother with taking the old one out and trying to wire it in. I put in a new CD player with sub hookups and then just put my own amp and sub in.
December 21, 2011I have used this product to add a pair of subs to my stock system. But also add a amp with the subs.
December 21, 2011sounds good since its the only options posted back at me lol may have to do that got some subs and amps just sitting around so might as well
December 21, 2011Heck No send them to me!!
December 27, 2011i would but im in need of a trade perhaps lol
December 27, 2011I need to go to my Warehouse storage to see if I have some parts from Pac-Audio you might could use. I`ll look Wed. Morn
I know I have one of these:
December 29, 2011does the stock one have base out RCAs? if not Id get a new radio.. oh and Id recommend getting one with a USB plug on the front
January 2, 2012Even if you switch out the sub, the amp will still push the same power. If you change the geometry and size, you might get a little different sound, but of you want to thump, swap out the head unit and put a different amp in. Make sure to disable the stock amp to avoid distortion. Keep the Bose speakers though. They are great!
