June 28, 2009I have the Access Cover (soft cover.) I decided on this one because I carry thinks that are high in the box like furniture and brush so I need something that is totally out of the way. I think the Access Cover is a great cover and I have had it for years with no problems.
June 28, 2009I have a foldacover - it is over 4 years old now and still works fine, but the paint is fading. I would get another one. Google them.
June 30, 2009I have an UnderCover hard cover on my Canyon. I got it in September 2004 and have had no problems with it. I like the fact that it is made strong enough that you can stand on it (to get stuff down from the rafters in the garage) without any damage as long as you make sure you don't have any sand or gravel on your shoes.
It's light enough that one person can remove or install it, it is easier with two people, though.
Another feature I like is that there is no drilling, it clamps onto the bed rails, so if you remove it, there are no holes to deal with.
July 1, 2009I used to have a Truxedo Lo-Pro soft rollup one and it was very nice. It didnt have hoops in it, just round bars so it didnt stick up at all. Also, it used velcro to secure the sides so it was easy to roll up and easy to pull tight when covering the bed.
